Yog sadhana contains a scheme of control of diet, Yog sadhana contains a scheme of control of diet, movements, conduct and thinking for our evolution and development. This ennobles our personality and also our organs. It purifies them, too. Therefore, we should not take the organs and glands as mechanical.

Satsang is a part of yog sadhana which develops organs and glands. Another part is Shastrasanga which means studying, reflecting on and imbibing literature of saints, of spiritualism and about high knowledge. The 3rd part is  Sadhanasangha, which has many kinds and many rituals. Asanas, pranayama, japa, dhyan, mudra, kriya, bandha are all sadhanas. …..SH. PRASHANT IYENGAR
