Introductory Classes

1 Class: ₹ 600 | 3 Classes: ₹ 1,500 | 5 Classes: ₹ 2,000 (Introductory classes remain active during Intensive Courses.)

Intermediate Classes

1 Class: ₹ 800 | 3 Classes: ₹ 1,800 | 5 Classes: ₹ 2,500 (Please note: Intermediate sessions are paused during Intensive Courses.)

Private Classes  (1:30 hours)

 1 Class: ₹ 2500

Therapy Classes are available upon request. 

 

Which Level is Right for Me?

In Iyengar yoga, the levels are distinguished by the student’s experience and the complexity of the asanas practiced.

  • Introductory: Focuses on foundations, specifically standing poses and the correct use of props for alignment. It is designed for those new to Iyengar method and yoga.
  • Mixed level: A versatile class where the teacher provides modifications to suit various abilities.
  • Intermediate: Practitioners with a consistent practice who have mastered the fundamentals or are eager for a challenge. It involves deeper backbends, arm balances, and longer hold times to build endurance. If you have any doubts about whether this level suits your current experience, please contact us.
