Over the course of nine days, you’ll reconnect with your inner self, finding balance and inner peace through yoga. This 9-day Iyengar Yoga course focuses on developing a sustainable self-practice. Through structured guidance, you’ll learn how to design, maintain, and stay consistent with your personal yoga routine. Grounded in Iyengar principles, the course emphasizes discipline and offers practical tools to help you carry your yoga practice into everyday life.

What You Will Learn
